By making compassionate food choices, we have the power to create a more humane and healthier world. For some, the idea of overhauling a lifetime of dietary habits can be intimidating. But it does not have to be all or nothing. We can all aim to reduce the consumption of animal products; refine our diets by cutting out foods created in the worst production systems and replace animal products with plant-based alternatives.
